These are the terms and conditions
for use of the web site of Learn Global Education Ltd trading as
Learn Global, Company Number 5862007. Contact details appear at
the end of these Terms. Advertisers on the Site will need a separate
contract with Learn Global. Contact us if you wish to advertise
on the Site. We encourage such approaches.
A. USE OF WEB SITE ON THESE CONDITIONS
All use of the web site www.learn-global.com
("the Site") is on the terms and conditions below.
If you do not agree to these conditions cease use of the Site immediately.
You may print and keep a copy of these terms. They are a legal agreement
between us and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve
the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them
on the Site.
B. BOOKING CONDITIONS
Once an enrolment is accepted by Learn Global, the following conditions
become legally binding:
1 Tuition & Accommodation Fees
Full fees must be paid before visa documents are issued and no later
than 14 days before arrival. Transfers, accommodation or tuition
will not be provided unless full payment has been received prior
to arrival.
2 Registration Fees
A registration fee is added to all bookings. Please note that it
is compulsory, and non-refundable.
3 Services
The Company reserves the right to change details of its services,
including courses, facilities and course dates, where circumstances
beyond the company's control necessitate such changes or where the
number of enrolments is not enough to operate a course viably.
4 Changes to Enrolments
The Company reserves the right to charge an Administration Fee (£50)
each time course or accommodation details are changed after a place
has been confirmed. This fee will not apply to upgraded or extended
courses. Notification of change to airport transfers must be sent
to our Admissions Centre at least two full working days prior to
the designated arrival time. If notice is not received, an additional
fee will apply.
5 Cancellation and Amendment
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing
and will not take effect until received by us.
Residential accommodation booked through Learn Global may be subject
to special cancellation charges. Information will be provided by
the admin department.
6 Refund Policy
If a student cancels his/her course or withdraws
from the course after the start date, any Enrolment Fee, Accommodation
Placement Fee, Airport Transfer Fee will not be refunded.
If a student's visa application is rejected after payment has been
received then their full tuition and accommodation fees will be
refunded within 28 days provided a visa refusal letter is received
by our Admissions Centre at least 7 days before the course was due
to start.
- Refunds Before Arrival:
If Students canceling 14 days or less prior to arrival will be
charged £200
- Refunds After Arrival:
No tuition fees will be refunded to students terminating tuition
after the course starts. When a student has enrolled in multiple
locations/courses, the course start date for the purpose of this
clause is deemed to be the initial course.
Your specific passport and visa requirements, and
other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should
confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. We
do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you
have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
C ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Learn Global ("we") do our best to ensure
all information on the Site is accurate.
If you find any inaccurate information on the Site let us know and
we will correct it, where we agree, as soon as practicable.
You should independently verify any information before relying upon
it.
We make no representations that information is accurate and up to
date or complete and accept no liability for any loss or damage
caused by inaccurate information. This Site gives a large amount
of data and there will inevitably be errors in it.
D OUR LIABILITY
We provide information on this Site free of any access charge and
on the basis of no liability for the information given.
In no event shall we be liable to you for any direct or indirect
or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or good will arising
from your use of the Site or information on the Site. All terms
implied by law are excluded, except that we accept liability for
death or personal injury caused by negligence and responsibility
for fraudulent misrepresentation that cannot, under English law,
be excluded.
E BARRING FROM THE SITE
We reserve the right to bar users from the Site on a permanent or
temporary basis at our discretion. Any such user shall be notified
and must not then attempt to use the Site under any other name or
through any other user.
F LEGAL JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
English law shall apply to these terms, notwithstanding
the jurisdiction where you are based. You irrevocably agree that
the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle
any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with
these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all disputes
to the jurisdiction of the English courts. The place of performance
shall be England.
G GENERAL
Any formal legal notices should be sent to us at
the address at the end of these Terms by email confirmed by post.
Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such
right.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement.
