We are proud the announce that at the end of 5 years of hard work we are able to start issuing students the “English Certificate for Lawyers” that for the first time in the world is accepted by all governments of all countries. The certificate is known as ILEC (International Legal English Certificate) and is issued to successful students determined by the examinations held twice annually in May and September. The examination targets lawyers, law students and lawmakers with advanced language skills. The examination was developed in cooperation with international law offices with the aim to create criteria in hiring new personnel. It is the only certificate accepted by all law offices in the EU and all legal departments operating under the European Union.
Cambridge English Academy -“Britain is our classroom!”
Our mid-sized international centre is located on the outskirts of Cambridge and is within walking distance to all host family-accommodation. The town centre is a 15-minute bus ride away. The school is housed in a beautiful building equipped to provide modern education methods. Annual intense English, vocational English (business, law, computing, etc.), language examination preparation (Cambridge, TOEFL, IELTS) courses are only some of the choices and each one is supported by social and research oriented field trips. Programmes specifically prepared for teenagers and children are also available.
At the same time courses targeted for intense language education for small groups start every Monday at the independent professional centre. Classes are never more than 12 people and great importance is give to extra-classroom learning activities.
Professionals receive separate course programmes in a different building. These courses are given to a classroom of maximum 6 people and start every Monday for single or multiple weeks. The age range of these participants varies between 30 and 50. Our courses prepared for professional are ideal in developing communicative skills and obtain self-confidence.
