The Eastbourne School of English is a non-profit school established in 1936. The school aims to provide highest quality service within an educative and informative environment. The school offers a serious working programme, experienced and reputable teachers, high standard education, a supportive environment coupled with fun and successful experience. The school has been approved and continues to be audited by the British Council. It is also a member of Association of Recognized English Languages Services and British Association of TESOL Qualifying Institution.

The school is located in Eastbourne on the south coast if the UK. The region has the mildest weather of the country and is close to the high street and seaside. It is only 40 minutes from London Gatwick Airport and 90 minutes from central London.

The school offers general English, examination courses for Cambridge, IELTS and TOEFL, teaching education course targeting British and international teachers as well as business English. Around 100-200 mature students are accepted from different nations. Last year we hosted more than 44 nationalities, mostly from Switzerland, Japan, China, Spain and Italy.

The 22 fully equipped classrooms, multimedia learning centre, computer room, visual and audio devices are available for students. There are also 2 student halls, table tennis, swimming pool, a cafeteria, 2 gardens and two bookshops dedicated to the English Language.

All our tutors hold Cambridge Diplomas specialising in teaching mature students. Eastbourne is well known in Britain and overseas and employs reliable staff. An active staff development programme is always in operation to maintain and improve the quality of education.
